Four-Stage Quality Control
1. Incoming Material Check
Copper/alloy rods, CZ stones and plating chemicals are tested on arrival. Nickel and lead content screened against EU REACH limits.
2. In-Process Inspection
Line QC checks die-casting dimensions, polishing finish and stone setting every 2 hours on the line.
3. Plating Test
Random samples go through salt-spray test (24h minimum) and plating thickness measurement before bulk plating is released.
4. Final 100% Visual QC
Every piece is visually inspected: scratches, plating gaps, loose stones, clasp strength. Defect rate held at 1.2%.

Nickel-free and lead-free safety compliance. Every bulk batch tested for EU REACH and CPSC requirements.
ISO 9001:2015
Quality management system certification covering material incoming check, production and export QC.
Factory Audit Report
Third-party factory audit verification: workshop safety, production capacity and worker welfare reviewed annually.
